Cooking Instructions
Stove Top: Boil 2 cups water in a small saucepan, add 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil or vegetable oil and contents of the quinoa bag. Reduce heat to low, cover loosely. Cook for 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
Microwave: In a microwave safe container combine 2 cups water, contents of quinoa box, and ½ tablespoon of olive oil or vegetable oil. Cover loosely. Cook on high for 5 minutes, stir & re-cover. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 8 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
Quinoa is good for you, I know. But I did not relish its flavor until I tried Pereg's Quinoa Vegetables Box. Thanks for making quinoa taste good!
we found that the lemon flavor was extremely light and the herb mix was a bit bitter. We adjusted the lemon and spices

Quick and simple to make I have eaten this product as well as the other quinoa packages for years - at least twice a month. With vegetables, beans, lean chicken, avocado etc.- the list is endless. Great stuff. Buy it. Eat it. Go dancing…

Quinoa can sometimes be difficult to season. Not this product. Has a subtle but distinct lemon flavor along with other herbs and seasonings that make it an appropriate side dish with just about anything. Will definitely order this again.
When I first heard a friend talk about Pereg's Quinoa Vegetable mix I thought it would taste like some of the other 'good-for-you' healthy meal choices that taste strange. But everyone in the family loves the taste of the Quinoa Vegetable mix and it is at the center of most of our meals. We mix it with broccoli and tomatoes and add chicken and other foods to it on occasion and it's always delicious!
This is tasty, easily prepared quinoa. I use mushroom quinoa, instead of noodles, for beef stroganoff and lemon pepper quinoa in place of rice in chicken and rice soup.
I just tried Pereg's Quinoa with spinach for the first time...it was awesome!! I definitely would recomend it to aanyone who will listen!!
Never heard of this Brand before and recently saw it on the Walmart store shelf. I rarely buy any boxed or processed foods anymore, and if I do I only buy Organic or NGMO. I picked it up and checked out the ingredients first. Only whole quality ingredients so I decided to give it a try. Wow! Very impressed with the quality and taste. I was actually making it to take for a work lunch, but it was so good I decided to have it as a side with my bacon for breakfast. It was so good I wanted to check out other products that this company offers, as well as leave a review to encourage others to buy this tasty clean food option. Thank you!
Came across this little gem ("ALL' Italiana") at a local Marshall's store. I have recently been trying to incorporate Quinoa into my diet and eating clean. I was impressed by the all natural ingredients and non-GMO. I substituted beef bone broth for the water when I made it and it was delicious. I threw in some sauteed mushrooms. OMG!!! Came online to see where I can find more. Nice blend of flavors and such a healthy easy meal.
