Cooking Instructions
StoveTop: Boil 1 1/4 cups water in a small saucepan. Place the contents of of the couscous bag with 1/2 tsp salt and add the boiling water. Stir and cover. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
Microwave: Boil 1 1/4 cups water in a microwave-safe container. Place contents of the couscous bag in a medium-size bowl with 1/2 tsp salt. Add the boiling water to the couscous, stir and cover. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
Where we shop these products have seemed to have faded away.. We use ancient grains, rices and couscous instead heavily starched dishes. We enjoy Pereg flavors.

Very good.
I did not like it. The spices were not good. The taste was dill and mint. They took over the cous cous. More garlic and parsley would have tasted much better.
I'm buying Pereg's products for couple of years, and always enjoying a good and healthy meal!
These couscous mixes are the best in the market by far!
