Crowd pleaser!!

I marinated skin-on chicken thigh and drumstick pieces overnight, in this spice, with some garlic-infused EVOO. I rubbed the spice under the chicken skin as well.

I fried the chicken pieces in garlic EVOO until the skin was crispy. Covered the chicken with soup/sauce and simmered to reduce (about 2 hours). The soup/sauce was salted chicken stock, chopped tomatoes, more of the spice mix, and pepper. It was stunning! So easy, so delicious. This spice mix will now be a pantry staple! Thank you :)
