Unusual Grain

Kamut was completely new to me, and I had trouble finding recipes. Nonetheless, it is very tasty and a welcomed change. A few more recipes would be helpful.

Allow me to introduce you to kamut.

Had never heard of this grain before, but tried it on a whim and I'm sure glad I did. It's hearty, a little nutty with a wonderful texture similar to farro. My summer was all about grilling vegetables and mixing them into a big pot of kamut. Swirl a little balsamic and feta cheese and herbs in there and it's the perfect warm-weather meal.
