Walnut Pesto

Walnut Pesto

Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw unsalted Walnuts
  • 2 medium Pereg Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • 2 cups basil leaves
  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Pereg Kosher Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pereg Black Pepper

Preparation

STEP 1

In a food processor, process walnuts, garlic and basil until pureed.

STEP 2

Drizzle in extra virgin olive oil and process until you have a paste.

STEP 3

Puree in Parmesan cheese and then salt and pepper to taste.
