Easy Chocolate Mousse
Preparation
STEP 1
In a large bowl, beat the cream and sugar with a hand mixer until medium peaks. Set aside a little whipped cream for garnishing the mousse.
STEP 2
Add the cocoa powder and salt and beat until stiff peaks form. Spoon into two serving cups and chill at least 30 minutes or overnight.
STEP 3
Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings and eat chilled.
